The Affordable Care Act makes it easy to get health insurance. Most uninsured New Yorkers can get help paying for coverage. Parents may go to www.NYStateofHealth.ny.gov to see health insurance plan options. They can also use the portal to sign up for Medicaid and Child Health Plus now and after March 31 st.
